At WorkLife Compass we believe that by investing in people we build equity into organizations. In the 21st century, many individuals are struggling to find solutions to the complex relationship between work and the multifaceted responsibilities they face in the rest of their lives. The push and pull of work-life pressures can create conflict and be overwhelming. We aim to support individuals in their complex roles as employees, leaders, parents and caregivers by building the capacity and resilience of people and organizations.
We believe that in order to change behaviors we need to first change mindsets; to change mindsets we have to leverage individual potential through addressing work-life and well-being issues holistically.
